Teen singing sensation Miley Cyrus and big sis Brandi posted a YouTube video to inform her fans about a recent mishap. The "Hannah Montana" starlet, whose regular voice usually sounds hoarse, cut her uvula and is almost inaudible! Watch as Miley explains what a uvula is -- and how she injured hers.
