I am considering becoming a vegan. What is the best way to introduce my body to a vegan diet?

Ive been working out and i am trying to loose body fat%…I’m on a high protein diet with lots of veggies an fruits. No carbs no dairy. What do you think?

Vegan diet will most certainly help with liver problems. Most important to juice carrots - depending upon the seriousness of your disease and greens. Drinking a quart a day.Also taking high quality of milk thistle (an herb) and high quality
antioxidants! A good juicing book is Dr. Norman Walker’s Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices. Can buy new on Amazon for 9.95 or Used for 3.55 - The “Bible” for anyone wanting natural healing!

I just started a vegetarian diet/lifestyle and I feel better then when I was eating meat. A Vegan lifestyle is hard/er but I may try that to lower my bp and weight.

I still think that there are too many question marks about an entirely vegan diet, but there’s no question that the majority of our food should still be plant-based, raw, unprocessed and simple…
