Kelly Rutherford Files for Divorce

"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford has filed for divorce from her entrepreneur hubby Daniel Giersch.

Rutherford is three months pregnant and filed the divorce papers on December 30 citing "irreconcilable differences."

Giersch, 35, and Rutherford, 40, married in August 2006 and have a 2-year-old son, Hermés.

Rutherford plays the role of Blake Lively's mother, Lily van der Woodsen, on the CW's "Gossip Girl."

This is Rutherford's second marriage. She was married to banker Carlos Tarajano, a banker, from June 2001 to January 2002.

wow some people just don’t know what they want or the words till death do us part mean my wife and I was married for 49 1/2 years until she passed away on Feb 11 2007 sure we had bad times but that is what life is about good and bad I never raised my hand to my wife or belittled her or made her look bad why don’t you people try a little harder to work things out
