Following this sick doctor’s logic - Wives who get cheated on and waste their precious childbearing years on their husband should get reimbursed for the loss of their ovaries.

If we were patients of this doctor, we’d find a new doctor STAT. He is not of sound mind or ethics.

Also, for all you wives who donate organs to your husbands (i.e. George Lopez’s wife), then you should equally demand your organ back if the marriage dissolves.

I’m sorry but did he make her sign a paper saying if they split she would have to give it back??? No pre-op agreement no kidney/$… that’s how “sue-happy” USA works!
Not to mention when you donate anything (let alone an organ) you really shouldn’t be expecting anything in return.

Marriage is a give and take relationship. If there was infidelity, those will be punished at sometime in life, as well as anyone who contributed to the breakup. I’m sure she gave just as much throughout the marriage to pay back what he gave to save her life.

he needs to get it back or get paid for it, she dumped him after she got the kidney, she was canniving and manipulative. B*tch give it back. I hope not but some lunatic will catch her by herself and slice her open. I hope that never happens to her and it should never happen to anybody either. I am sure they will work out some kind of an agreement to make them all happy. being civil to one another is the way to go. going to court and mediation will help them resolve this issue. let the courts handle it, not the kidney but the case.

I don’t think he should get piad for the kidney , because it was a gift he gave her , but i think because she betrayed him like that he should get some compensation from her, we talking lif saving here, he saved her .
