'Dancing' Stars to Wed

"Dancing with the Stars" pros Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are reportedly set to do the wedding mambo!

According to People magazine, Maksim popped the question in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, after dating Karina for less than six months. The couple celebrated 2009 and their engagement at the posh Wynn Hotel. "They are really cute together," a source dishes to the magazine.

Reps for the quick-footed couple declined comment. Season eight of "DWTS" hits the dance floor March 9 on ABC.

OMG, I am So Happy for Them!
I always wondered why they had not hooked up yet being on DWTS together.
I saw an interview Maksim did and you can tell he is head over heels for Karina! It sounds like they have known each other for quite some time.
Maksim (Hot) makes Mario (Not) look like just another average guy. Good for you Karina! You Go Girl!! :)
Maksim and Karina are one Beautiful Couple.
They will make Beautiful Music, Beautiful Dance Moves and Beautiful Babies together!

INSTEAD OF A CHURCH WEDDING WHY DON’T THE 2 OF YOU MARRY ON DANCING WITH THE STARS SET AND A RECEPTION AS WELL AND AIR IT ON TV

Wtf? I thought that “The Insider” was trying to set up a girlfriend for Maksim a couple of weeks ago on the show??! I don’t think it’s true..I don’t believe it until they both confirm it!

Why would Maksim even want to get married? He could have all the women he wanted! I wished he would have picked anyone but her. There’s just something about her that’s not trustworthy!

Now this was TOTALLY unexpected. But I guess they know each other better than anyone else. People you have something in common with tend to work out. They have been working together about 5 or 6 years now. Seeing each other everyday. Dancing. Good luck to them. Hope it works out.
