He definitely deserved this! Not being a Colin Farrell fan myself, I was very pleasantly surprised by this amazing movie and all the performances, especially his. maybe you shouldn’t be commenting on an award show if you haven’t even put an effort to view the subject of interest? That’s just plain ignorance.

I saw In Bruges just last week, and only because it was on one of my cable stations…And, coming from someone who has seen every movie/performance in that category and the fact that Colin has made a few ‘duds’ over the last couple of years…his work in this movie floored me! It and he is FANTASTIC and if he keeps it up can expect more accolades in the future:)!!!

He certainly did deserve it!! How can you comment on something you haven’t seen?? He was absolutely brilliant playing his character in the movie. Quite different from all the other characters he has played. Bravo to Colin and to the Hollywood Foreign Press.

Colin didn’t expect the Golden Globe, and he didn’t deserve it. I thing he knew this by his comment onstage’They most have voted in Florida’. I never even heard of his movie until the awards show!
