Is George Clooney trading in suits for scrubs to make an appearance on "E.R."?

That's true! People magazine reports that Hollywood's leading man will return to the TV series that made him a household name -- and "E.R." co-creator John Wells has been filming with a closed set to keep George's appearance on the show hush-hush.

Clooney was last seen on the show in a brief cameo in 2000 with former onscreen love interest Juliana Marguilies. This is the 15th and final season of the NBC show.
