"Milk" stars Josh Brolin and Jeffery Wright were cuffed, pepper-sprayed and tasered in Shreveport, Louisiana in July 2007, but are the charges about to be dropped?
No joshing, that's true! Six misdemeanor charges, including interfering with an officer, will be dismissed in March -- as long as the actors accept "district attorney's probation" -- and stay out of further trouble!

I must have missed Wright in ‘Milk’. Seeing that both boys were in production of ‘W’ during the time of the arrest seems the better movie to tag to this article…..

Bob, they DID go to jail. They were arrested, remember? Probation is what anyone in Louisiana would have gotten if they were a first-time offender.
