Barbara Walters announced her annual list of "The 10 Most Fascinating People."

Alaska beauty queen turned Governor Sarah Palin, Oscar winner Will Smith, "30 Rock" creator Tina Fey, "Valkyrie" star Tom Cruise, Disney diva Miley Cyrus, stage and screen actor Frank Langella, conservative political commentator Rush Limbaugh and Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps will be featured during Walter's "The 10 Most Fascinating People" TV special.

The top spot will be revealed on Dec. 4 on ABC.

SARAH PALIN!!! SARAH PALIN!!! SARAH PALIN!!! She is the person who got the record breaking ratings wherever she went!!! She gave SNL the most ratings they had since 1994!!! Now, after the election, she is getting 3 times as much media attention as the President-elect!!! There is no question that She is the most interesting person. Tina Fey is not interesting the person she impersonated (Sarah Palin) is the interesting one!!!

Out of the people mentioned, Michael Phelps is the obvious person. He has done something that, at this time, no one else in the world can do. That definitely puts him in the number one spot.

This list is pathetic. Why someone like Farrah Fawcett, Patrick Swayze who each are brave and battling cancer. People like this are fascinating!

Not Will Smith,Rush Limbaugh,Sarah Palin etc.

Miley wahoo… because she has been through a lot with the media and haters starting rumors. But she still comes out on top of everyone. Her stage presence and her witty personality makes her so easy to relate.

She may be the riches teen out there but she handles fame and fortune well. She still tries to live a normal life in hollywood.

No celebs “fascinate” me? Why would I be fascinated by celebrities? It’s just a case of the wealthy rubbing it in our faces..

Celebrities are over-paid snobs whom think they’re better than anyone else. We “joe public” are the only reason they ARE wealthy! Some might call me “jealous”.. while Obama would call it “spreading the wealth”.
