Regardless of ones political views Ms Streisand has respect for the office of President of The United States of America. Therefore she has to have to civility to carry out decorum. Most of you are not aware of that. Since the President extended the courtesy it was only appropriate that she return it. That is appropriate when attending Heads of State. The reason you are blogging about this is YOU ARE NOT IN HER POSTION! Regardless of her personal view. Decorum is decorum!

It’s common knowledge that Streisand has never liked our current President George W. Bush. It is also common knowledge that she was very pro-Obama. And very Anti-Palin..

This being said she is a “hypocrite” to put forth “airs” to a President she obviously doesn’t care for. She would have been best off not being so public with her political views in the first place!

You are an idiot. While I am by not means a fan of her, the idea of the Kennedy Center Honors is that you are being honored by your country, not a political party. The honors transcend politics.

I guess her distaste is only when it is not inconvenient for her. If she had any balls she could have declined thereby elevating her views but chose to take the self-centered way instead. Hypocrite.
