The Prince of New Year's Eve, Ryan Seacrest, rules party central in Times Square. "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2009" will ring in the New Year with special live performances from Taylor Swift, Pussycat Dolls, Ne-Yo, Jonas Brothers and more!

"New Year's Rockin' Eve" has some competition -- from "Extra's" own Mario Lopez. The chiseled hunk will be hosting a ball of his own at Marquee in NYC.

Travis Barker returns to the stage for his first performance with DJ AM since the two survived a deadly plane crash in September. The duo will provide tunes for a party at The Wiltern in Hollywood.

Sin City is a naughty girls' night out! Carmen Electra will host a bash at TAO, Denise Richards is partying at Prive, Fergie will spice up the scene at Lavo, and the Kardashian sisters heat up LAX. Also in Las Vegas, Ashlee Simpson and hubby Pete Wentz will celebrate their first New Year as parents with the crowd at PURE.

Speidi will sing "Auld Lang Syne" at Christian Audigier, where there will be an Elvis Presley impersonator and a possible quickie (official) wedding at a Vegas wedding chapel... don't count on that.

In Miami, it's gonna be red hot! Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson will host the festivities at Mansion, while Molly Sims and Diddy are taking over the Fontainbleu.

Jennifer Aniston will ring in 2009 with the words, "Viva Mexico!" with pals Courteney Cox Arquette and hubby David Arquette in Los Cabos.
