The National Enquirer headline screams that Kelly Ripa is splitting from her longtime hot hubby Mark Consuelos -- but is there truth to the rumor?

The Enquirer claims that the couple's marriage of 12 years is on the rocks, due to Consuelos pursuing his own talk show career -- without the chat hostess, but Ripa's people tell "Extra" the rumor is just that -- a rumor. "There is no truth to the Enquirer story. Their marriage continues to be quite healthy."

The former "All My Children" co-stars were spotted together -- looking very much the couple at the premiere of "Cadillac Records."
