Well “Not Shocked”, you obviously haven’t kept up on all of the things Ricky Martin has done. He has a long-established charitable foundation that helped build over 100 houses after the tsunami in Thailand, gives thousands of instruments to school children, sponsors summer camps to keep kids off the streets in Puerto Rico, bought toys for kids struck by Hurricane Katrina, partnered with Microsoft to fight child-trafficking in Latin Countries and built a hospital for handicapped kids in Puerto Rico. His focus has been on helping children around the world, and especially in fighting child trafficking. He couldn’t be farther from being self-absorbed. He will make a great father, and I, for one, am happy he didn’t marry someone just so he could start a family, only to divorce them later.

I don’t think you’re being fair, considering no one says things like this about women celebs that have chosen to have babies without a partner around. Sheryl Crow… Meg Ryan… Minnie Driver…

I’m just surprised that Ricky Martin even had children. I always thought that he loved himself much more than he could possibly love anything/anyone else?

hmmm wonder how much moolah the mama made for this one? I don’t really care if the man is “gay” (don’t wanna know), but I for one am all about the “old fashioned way” of making a child. These kids will definately need a “female” figure in their lives for BALANCE??!
