Palin Daughter Pops

1230palin.jpg

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is officially a grandmother. Her daughter Bristol, 18 (pictured with baby brother Trig) and former high school hockey player Levi Johnston, also 18, welcomed son Tripp on Saturday.

Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston was born at 5:30 AM, weighing 7 lb., 7 oz. "We think it's wonderful," Colleen Jones, Bristol's great-aunt told People magazine. "The baby is fine and Bristol is doing well. Everyone is excited."

Levi's mother, Sherry Johnston, was recently arrested on multiple felony counts of involving the drug Oxycontin. Bristol is currently living in Wasilla, and working on her GED. Levi is now an apprentice electrician.

Yesterday, a spokesperson for Governor Palin said, "This office will not be issuing any statements on [Bristol's baby]. We're here to talk about state government and that matter falls outside of that."

What do you think of Bristol's baby's name? Click here to vote!

This is not an appropriate headline for a news article. Nor, is it appropriate for welcoming one of God’s precious infants into the world. However, this article provides a reveling insight into the mentality of news writing pigs wallowing in a culture of death. Goodbye “Google news” and “extra” … Oink, Oink.

Give me a break about the Palins being a normal family. Grandma Palin and hubby Todd were too busy in the Alaska governor’s mansion while ignoring their kids. Bristol found her own form of entertainment! The Obamas “normal” family (Harvard law grads) is much more attractive than the trashy Palins.

TO EMILY I am not a teenage mommy. you may be, but not me. And when people are pro life….how can you poison someones mind? a person would have to have a gun pointed at their head to do what that persons tells them to do. nobody is twisting their arm either. I read what i want and and I guarantee you that nobody makes me do anything i don’t want to. I am bull headed and i form my own opinion….i am not weak minded.

Headlines should read “Sarah Palin is grandmother to bastard baby”. Almost forgot, the other grandmother is in jail for drug distribution. I hope the “moral majority” is proud of the hillbillies running their party!

The wording of this is so offensive that to ease her pain, Bristol just felt she needed to sell her babies pictures for $300,000 to people magazine. Is “sell” the right word for trafficking in human flesh?

Those who complain about the headline here are most likely teenage moomies themselves, who couldn’t be bothered to use birth control.

The only disgusting thing here is the whole Palin clan (inlaws included)and their stupid, uneducated, third world “pro-life” point of view, that poisons women’s life everywhere. Chase those country yokels back to where they came from, so that we never have to hear from them again !

=======================================
Excuse me honey, I am a male and over 45 and I am offended by the word “POP” when used in description of a birth.

if anyone here is stupid, uneducated, third world “pro-life” point of view, that poisons women’s life everywhere,
and need to return from where they came from, in your case, under a rock, it is YOU.

Now get back under your rock Emily

Oh please, Palin and family are the political equivalent of the Hiltons. She was nominated for her looks and gender to pander to real, actual soccer moms and church-going bible-belters. She doesn’t get immunity in the media just because she ran for VP.

So her kid popped out a baby. Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop. It’s not like they used the F word to describe how she got herself in the situation in the first place. It’s exactly the kind of “down-home-*wink*-roll-up-your-sleeves-*wink* verbiage that she might have used during the campaign in an attempt to appear to be anything other than the over-privileged, undereducated, and boorish pretty face of a dying party.

Pop.

Pop isn’t probably the best title, but then I am sure that the teens who have babies probably use this term readily and easily.
Tagging the young father’s mother’s trials and tribulations onto the birth announcement is just a part of journalism’s freedom. Besides, this woman was in the business of selling prescription narcotics. Not exactly future mother-in-law of the year qualifications. And for those who say she was selling to those who “need” drugs, get with the program… illegal drugs are illegal drugs and she SOLD them not once as a favor, but three times! What is remarkable in this whole story is not all of that, but the reason why the lovely teen couple needs to wait until summer to marry? Who paid Bristol’s medical bills at the hospital? Is she on Medicaid?
Bristol’s baby Tripp and her decision to become a mother is not the real issue here. What we have is a very ambitious mother who had multiple children herself and who I am sure relied upon her daughter Bristol to help with the other children as soon as she was somewhat independent herself. What Sarah and her husband should have done was watch their own fertility and take better personal care of the children so that their daughter would have had more direction than to become a teen mom. A responsible family keeps children busy, active, and inspired to quest for individual growth and wait to have children when they have the maturity to do that.

OMG… for heavens sake, it’s not about dems or reps or black or white.. a child was born. the baby did not pick its parents or grandparents. they are no different than any other family. The most important thing is that the baby is well and healthy and will be well loved. the only difference is that they are in the public eye, but they are a regular family just like any other family. A BABY WAS BORN!

That’s nice.

What a choice little story about the wanna-be and soundly defeated vice-POTUS’ family. Her Christian friends must be so proud now that her unwed daughter gave birth (high chances it was NOT an immaculate conception and therefore a good amount of sinnin’ - likely serial sinnin’ was and is going on in the two families) WHILE she’s working on her GED! What a bright future she has in the fast food industry.

How comforting it is now to have Palin family values revealed in such a classy story. Gramma will, no doubt get the little tyke his very own high powered huntin’ rifle soon, too. God, Guts, Guns and Glory!

This damn story has no ‘serious’ side to it other than presenting, again, the low rent trashy trailer park quality honestly embraced by Govenah Moose Babe et al. And what a nice human interest story, speaking volumes about the good Christian upbringing of the new mommy and daddy.

Just lovely.

Any woman, especially a mom, should be offended by the “popped” reference. Disgusting headline for an experience that is so beautiful. It wasn’t a pimple, it was the birth of a child. But what do we expect from Extra…trashy as always.

It’s also his family, and trends show that when a parent breaks the law there is an increased chance the children - and thusly grandchildren - will break the law. Not a fun fact, but such is life.
I can see being offended about the grandma comment for marring a happy occasion - but the title didn’t bother me in the least. I didn’t think that was offensive.

Besides the Republicans do the same thing towards the Dems - or did you not hear about the CD that was spread out by the guy who plans to run as the leader of the Republican party.
——————-QUOTE below——
It’s not just the headline that insults the honor of birth. How would you feel if years later you read your birth announcement with grandma’s arrest tacked onto the end? I am a democrat, but I simply do not understand why the media crucifies the Palin family. Stop it and honor God’s gift of Tripp.

Lets face it, this some real Jerry Springer- trailer park stuff. I do not see this family in the White House. We can do better than this. This moderate gives conservative a little bit more credit and taste than this.
