Actor Matt Dillon seems to have quite the lead foot! The Oscar-nominated actor was arrested last night for speeding in rural Vermont. State police stopped Dillon for traveling 106 miles per hour in a 65 zone on Interstate 91 in Newbury.
Dillon was charged with excessive speeding, released with a citation and is due in court next month.
Matt played the role of a corrupt L.A. cop in the 2004 flick "Crash."

The big deal is that where Matt Dillon was driving, the speed limit was 65mph. Where you’re talking about, there is no speed limit, so it doesn’t matter, however when there is a speed limit, and when you go over it excessively like he did…cops tend to think of it as a big deal.
When I’m in Germany on the Autobahn I go 110 mph in the slow lane! What’s the big deal?
