Celebs are continuing to Stand Up to Cancer! Beverly Hills boutique Kitson has announced it will carry a collection of celeb-designed holiday merch for the good cause! The proceeds will be donated to the "Stand Up to Cancer" charity. Singer turned actress Mandy Moore and "Brothers & Sisters" star Dave Annable will host the launch event.

Some of the merchandise includes products for the fundraising initiative include: a star necklace designed by Jennifer Meyer and Love Zooey Tees by Alice Heller.

The event takes place at Kitson's Robertson Boulevard store on Dec. 10.
