Hi Lynn,

The two protrusions at the end of your nose are likely from the underlying domes of your lower lateral nasal cartilages. They are called nasal bossae. It is correctable, but unfortunately requires a revision surgery that is meticulous. Choose your surgeon carefully.

I have had much success in correcting nasal bossae in revision surgery.

I had a brow lift 2 1/2 years ago.One side of my head feels like someone is stabbing it with needles or worse. I am unable to touch my forehead without severe shooting pain. I have tried acupunture but nothing helps. Is this ever going to go away or is there something I can do?

I had rhinoplasty a few years ago to correct a bump in the middle of my nose. The bump is gone, but the tip was reshaped and looks like too much tissue was removed. I look like I have two lines or protrusions on the end of my nose especially if I am smiling. Is this something that can be fixed, or will additional surgery be more likely to make the problem worse? Thank you!
