Jacob is soo hot they should never replace him. How is Bella suppose to fall for him if he looks old enough to be her dad which will happen if Taylor is switch out with that other guy. Plus that other guy is UGLY and FAT she could never fall for him. If they want that other guy as part of the pack then they should make him Paul or one of the others.

please keep Taylor lautner..He had very few scenes in Twilight but he did awesome as Jacob..As for his height come on! People are made big, small, tall or short, old amd young (Brad pitt) in movies before…Lord of the rings, Harry Potter and so many others…Taylor got the part fair and square! dont take it away from him over lame excuses..We want Taylor!!!! Listen to the fans Summit it’s our money you want and we’ll give it to you if u give us Taylor Lautner..same goes for the rest of the cast NO RECASTING THE ALREADY EXISTING ACTORS… love them all…unless they themselves want to quit

Taylor being replaced? Should of thought of that before they made Twilight. Now, it won’t be the same for the rest of the sequels if he’s replaced. He’s ok, didn’t really make a big impression on me. I’m team Edward.

ell new moon talks mostly about jacob’s life and the werewolves,, he is actually the center of the story in the book,, obviously not fit for the actor who played jacob bfore don’t fool the readers with camera effects and everything, i knew everything about him and the readers can tell that too.. he grew very tall and his built physically belongs to a 25 or something guy.. deal with that structure his bod is totally gorgeous as best describe in the novel and his height standing (6’7”) ,, i suggest STEVEN STRAIT the star of 10,000 B.C. he really does resemble him after all, he’s 6’2” i think.. not close but the looks is defnitely agreeable better looking though.. plus i suggest KIP PARDUE to play as sam uley… he’s also 6’2” if ROBERT PATTINSON is 6’ that will help i guess.. i will really get disappointed if you will not replace the role of jac0b to other actor the height must be the number one consideration.. thanks so much! -luzdelsol

Taylor is the perfect jacob!!! I really, really hope they keep him, he seems really dedicated! I’ll be really upset if they replace him. You can’t just have one actor in the first movie and then replace him for no good reason in the second movie.

I think that Jay Hernandez will make a better Jacob. Just cause of his build. If you read all the book Jacob get Big!!Not that Taylor isnt a good looking guy but he will need to be in the gym for a long time. who knows?? I still like him.

Taylor is perfect as Jacob. He has the right looks, personality, and charm to “save” Bella when Edward leaves. And did you notice the glaring look he and Edward shared at the prom scene…very intimidating! Taylor definitely has what it takes to play Jacob. Remember, the movie is an adaptation of the book. If fan can accept Catherine’s interpretations of Twilight, why can’t New Moon have a smaller Jacob? We don’t want a buff model playing Jacob. Summit, please don’t recast! We love Taylor.
