John Walsh: Casey Anthony 'Guilty'

1217walsh.jpg

Yesterday, John Walsh finally found closure when Ottis Toole was named the killer of his son Adam Walsh. "This is going to be the best Christmas in 27 years... and Adam will be right there with us. He's always been our angel and this will be a great Christmas." The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children advocate is going on the record with "Extra" about other missing people.

The "America's Most Wanted" host says he believes 2-year-old Caylee Anthony's mother Casey is guilty of the child's murder. "That mother in Florida... I've said it from the beginning. My opinion, she murdered her child and that people would be lucky if they ever found her body. Now I think they have. Now they can prosecute her."

Walsh also helped with the search for Natalee Holloway. "I believe Natalee Holloway is dead and I hope they recover her remains so that they can put her to rest... and I hope that they get justice. I think those three young men in Aruba got away with the murder."

I want to know when the grandparents will be charged? Lee should be charged as well. This family should be in jail for life.

How in the hell do you keep from going crazy? I haven’t kids of my own, but I consider my neices and nephews my kids. If something so … inhuman happened to one of them, I swear I think I would loose my mind.

BTW, I’m all for sending the bastards who prey on little kids on a one-way trip to Hell, courtesy of a few thousand volts of electricity.

I cannot begin to imagine the pain, grief, frustration and heartache your family experienced for so many years. You deserve this closure, and John Walsh is to be highly commended in his crusade to help others through ‘America’s Most Wanted’. It is truly a shame that we no longer know where to draw the line between teaching our children to trust and keeping them safe. May this Holiday Season bring you all the peace and solace you so greatly deserve……

that is mere speculation for the casey case. if the mother is guilty, then roast her in an open fire, that’s what she will get when she gets to hell!!!! don’t understand why parents kill their children, I hope she wasn’t that cruel and twisted to kill her own child.

I followed this case from the begining. Adams life ended so the Walshs could help justice for these missing children through his parents that was Gods purpose. Iam so happy they have closer and can finally have a peaceful Christmas. Adam will always be there angel and I hope some day anyone in this situation finally has this closer.
Merry Christmas to everyone and especially the Walsh family

We all know Casey Anthony killed her child! Why is she still denying that she did it and that her daughter who she brought into this world is in fact dead.
Casey is not a very bright person,So she could not have done this only.Maybe she killed little Caylee by herself,But she had help getting rid of the remains.Who ever helped her in my eyes is as GUILTY as she is.They should’nt give her the death penalty,That’s too easy. They should let her rot in prison for the rest of her life.

They are only saying that the police will not be investigating any further. The evidence they have shows that this man was the killer and the case has gone as far as it can. If he was still alive then they would, or could, prosecute but since he is not, the case is now closed. It does not in any way violate his rights, the police are simply saying we believe he is guilty…which is different than being convicted in a court. In other words, the investigators have solved the case, it just is not going to court. I am glad to see the Walshs finally get this measure of closure. They have done so much for children and I am sure Adam would, is, very proud of them.

One more comment…I think the world of the Walsh’s. My question is a legal one and asked out of curiosity, and in no way intended to diminish their sense of closure. Much peace to you all, and happy holidays.

While I admire the Walsh’s tremendously for their courage and their efforts fighting for justice for others I do wonder if the constitution is being violated in an effort to close this case. How can you suddenly file this case away and say a deceased person is the killer? I would love to believe this case is solved but is it legal to do this without trial and conviction? Is this decision legal? Doesn’t this open the door to accusing anyone of murder after death without trial?

My thoughts and well wishes go out to the Walsh family. I am from Florida and was young when Adam’s story was first told, John Walsh and his foundation was in our town trying to solve the murder of one of our classmates several years later (that murder remains unsolved) and I am glad that there is finally some closure in his case, as I know how it feels.

Our prayers go to you and your family, it’s all so sad and I can’t even imagine what you and your family have gone through.
I also want to tell you how thankful we are that over the years you have dedicated your life to helping others.

It is bittersweet hearing this news about Adam Walsh. I am glad the case is officially closed and pray Mr. and Mrs. Walsh have a blessed Christmas. I also wish to express gratitude to John Walsh for the help he has offered others through the media with Americas Most Wanted. When we can turn our sorrow into helping others, it shows the true character of a person. John Walsh is an extraordinary man of integrity.
