"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford, who plays the mother of "It" girl Serena van der Woodsen (Blake Lively), has announced she's expecting her second child with her entrepreneur husband.

Rutherford has one child, Hermès, 2. She currently splits her time between residences in New York and Los Angeles.
