Britney's breathing fire! She's releasing a new album called "Circus," while juggling prep for her 2009 26-city tour, she turned 27 today and she's rocking a sizzling-hot circus look.

Circus chic is the latest fashion fanfare to hit the tents, and Britney is interpreting it with her own sexy style. Top hats, fishnets, short shorts, lace tops and patent leather tall boots are in all three rings. Last year, both Victor & Rolf and Dior did circus couture collections -- and this season, harlequin designs are on bags, shoes and clothes.
