Aniston Tops the Box Office!

Jennifer Aniston beat out ex Brad Pitt for the highest earning movie opening on Christmas Day.
"Marley & Me" stars Aniston and Owen Wilson as a married couple and tells the story of their troublesome pup. The comedy grossed $14.8 million -- the highest one-day total ever for a film opening on Christmas.
"The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" is the story of a man who ages backwards starring Pitt and Cate Blanchet. The romantic drama earned $11.8 million and set the record for the second-highest Christmas opening of all-time.

I watched Marley and Me yesterday and it was beautiful. It’s a movie that you can relate to, very down to earth and realistic. There are tears and joy, just like real life. The ending was just right too - controlled emotions, real sadness when you lose your best friend but happiness remembering old days with him. There were a lot of old women with canes in the theater with their adult children accompanying them and their grandchildren and it was beautiful to watch and hear them talk and gush over the movie. Go Jen-wonderful pick for a movie.
