"Hills" star Whitney Port is moving on to "The City" -- but the blonde beauty still had kind words for Speidi on news of their nuptials.

"I just heard it like everyone else yesterday," Port tells "Extra" of Heidi and Spencer's wedding news. "Congratulations to them. I think it's great if that's what they're ready to do. Good for them."

Whitney's spinoff, set in New York City, premieres in the spring of 2009.
