The Mantourage Weighs In

It's the secret "guy talk" that girls never got to hear -- until now! "Extra" brought together bachelor star Charlie O'Connell, NFL great Femi Ayanbadejo and relationship expert Steve Santagati -- and this mantourage lays it all on the table with their frank discussion about women.

NEXT: Dog Days of Britney

Gotta be kidding me!! LOL I’m really hoping that this is just a meaningless forum and isn’t a source of advice for men or an explanation of what we really think about women (which is all they seem to talk about, like there aren’t more important things such as BEING a boyfriend or husband, which is really what I think most women want to hear about, not just about how alot of guys go from one woman to the next like we’re all playas with the “women are all sluts” mentality, so not true) . Not good representations of us at all!! And this guy Steve is suppose to be an expert?? Yeah right!! And tattoos look slutty?? Come On!! If it’s in the right place, it’s totally a turn. Such BS!!

Mario is a great person in this spot and doing this type of show….add some different to compliment him, one older, one younger and rotate them in and out with Mario….Hey, we like to hear the perspective of a man in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’ and a cool, young at heart 60-yr. old like one my friend met recently…amazing guy. We all don’t always date individuals our own age, so give us a broader spectrum. Many thanks.

I watch TV after class to unwind, and marvel at bad celeb behaviour- but this is SO offensive- not to mention dull-my only real concern is that a younger girl might take these complete asshats with a grain of salt

I don’t offend easily. I’m pretty laid-back. I HATE this show. I couldn’t sit through it. Tonight they were talking about how they feel disrespected when a woman says she doesn’t want to take his last name when they get married, one of them said ‘the point of marriage is commitment, taking his last name is part of that, if you can’t handle that, don’t get married.’ And then they proceeded to talk about how girls with tattoos are ‘too masculine’ and it’s ‘sleazy’. And they weren’t even talking about ‘tramp stamps,’ apparently ALL ink on a girl is trashy.

And then of course the women they have asking questions don’t seem to have an intelligent bone in their body. ‘Will a bellybutton ring make me look hot?’ ‘What’s with the metrosexual movement? Where are the REAL MEN at?’

Extra, GET RID OF THIS SEGMENT. It’s nothing more than a bunch of cavemen sitting around pretending their opinions matter.

Bad Boys finish Last, someone should tell Steve! Real women want men who are gentle, nice, honest, and want the same things we do!

Lame! I think I just lost 10 IQ points watching this. These men and their experiences are NOT representative of the general population. Your comments and opinions objectify women and make it seem like it’s commonplace for people to cheat on eachother. Please, just because you and the people you spend your time with are cheaters, don’t assume this is how the rest of the world is. GET OFF THE AIR!

Steven Santagali is a joke! Your shallow comments mean nothing. Let’s face it you’re obviously an aging playboy! You truly do not know what a real woman is. Because you’ve been with lots of woman it does not make you a man! Real men do not wear tiny tight t-shirts that make their nipple pop and to boot say,” Bad BOYS”..a real woman wants a real man! Good Luck windbag! Let the real men talk and shut your stupid-looking face up! Ciao

It’s true! Chicks in the snowy states don’t workout as much. I’ve lived all over the midwest. That football player, Femi, is so cute! I loved him on the show. Definitely should have him back on!

Women in snowy climates work out more? HAHA please…I lived in the northeast most of my life, and I don’t tnink I even knew where the gym was..living in California..you have to work out…or find something you like to do…it’s too nice not to!
I thought the guys were hilarious, except for that a hole Steve, who needs a hair cut and a date this century..if he is an “expert” the world is in trouble..:)
Bring on episode 2!

Mario,

You need to inform your NFL buddy that gals in snowy climates do just as much, if not MORE working out and staying in shape than their southern, sunny counterparts. I would argue we actually workout harder during the snowy months because we need to get out and enjoy the few summer days available to us. Plus, whenever studies come out about the “healthiest” cities, my area (the Twin Cities) ranks near or at the top, while places like Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee rank as the most obese. Plus, do you think the folks in NY are not hitting the gym during the snowy months? Come on!
So CHECK YOURSELF before making such absurd statements.

Hey Mario,
You’re a great host, but please, don’t do these segments we guys talking about gals that is sleezy and cheep. The Steve dude, a self-proclaimed relationship expert, is old and out of touch. He’s single because only girls who are desperate would go out with such someone so in love with himself he can’t see what a jerk he is.
You are much more of a class guy. Dump the men losers and have some class.
