Rosie Live Canned

1130rosie.jpg

Only five million fans of Rosie O'Donnell tuned into her NBC variety show Wednesday night -- prompting Ro to pull the plug on "Rosie Live."

"there will b no more." Rosie writes on her blog. "no ratings. bad reviews."

O'Donnell's variety show ratings dimmed in comparison with Rosie's former "View" boss and nemesis Barbara Walters' interview with President-elect Obama and his wife Michelle, which also aired Wednesday night.

Still, O'Donnell blogs that even though the show tanked, she still had fun while it lasted, ending her post with, "still -- a thrill 4 me."

NEXT: Did A-Rod Spend Thanksgiving With Madge?

Recently, Rosie O’Donnell, a co-host of ABC talk show The View, made comments on the show over the collapse of World Trade Center.
She said, “I do believe that it’s the first time in history that fire has ever melted steel. I do believe that it defies physics…it is impossible for a building to fall the way it fell without explosives being involved…Miraculously the first time in history, steel was melted by fire. It is physically impossible.”
This is the brainchild of comedy?
How does she suppose that steel is made?
How does she suppose that steel is shaped?
How does she suppose that steel is welded?
The last I heard it was by fire.
Maybe Rosie doesn’t like the word fire. I say fire her and don’t look back. Enough is enough and it is not funny anymore. Worst of all some people buy her bullsh*t.

I used to love to watch Rosie. This show wasn’t done very well. Instead of the audience getting the many gifts, they should have given them to people who really might have needed those things! For instance those many millions of people out of work due to the lousy economy. If not the gifts at least a contibution to Toys for Tots or some other organization that would see that the donations would help those that really needed it.

Rosie is negative and mean, and should not be on television ever again. She needs serious therapy to resolve her anger issues. No one wants to watch this on TV or anywhere else. Just go away and deal with your own life.

What a cow. Hang a bell around her neck and turn her loose on the back forty acres. Its way past time to retire Rosie.

What a waste of good air. Rosie is consuming more than her share of space on this planet. Please drop out and don’t come back.

What a petulant child.Christ, she even types like the low class, uneducated shrew she truly is.
Shame, too,on NBC for giving this sow a forum in the first place.
Desperation makes people do sad things.

Any time an outspoken lesbian pig like Rosie focuses primarily on being a lesbian instead of an entertainer, the show will flop. Why can’t she be an entertainer who’s gay instead of a gay entertainer? She’s vulgar, crude, loud, and opinionated. Those are her good points. Keep the pig off the boob toob.

It wasn’t good timing. I really wanted to watch it, but I was traveling to see relatives for Thanksgiving, and based on the traffic, I wasn’t the only one stuck on the road. I LOVE Rosie, she should really give it another shot.

I also used to like her when she first hit the airwaves with her daytime talkshow. (over a decade ago) She was funny and light hearted, even kind hearted. What has happened? In the promo for her show, she said we were “getting closer” when likening her show to “Ellen.” There is only one thing these women have in common. Ellen is very funny and offbeat. Her show is a great break in the middle of the day. There is no comparison. Hopefully, Rosie will see that her time has come and gone and she will retire in peace with her wife and kids and the memories of her hayday.

Can so many of these comments on Rosie be wrong? Nope. Her show was horrible. She is horrible. I love comedy, but she is funny looking…not funny. Her show was so bad that the commercials were welcome levity!

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Look at the photo of Rosie, what a disgusting beast. Bye bye, don’t cry.

5,000,000 viewers. Let it sink in. Five million viewers.

Entire cable networks survive on a fraction of that number of viewers.

The numbers game in network TV is BS. If a corporation can’t pull profits from 5,000,000 viewers, something is terribly, dreadfully wrong.

Hit driven entertainment practices regularly kill some of the best shows on television, making it their business not ours. What they do is obviously not in the public’s interest.

One down lots more to go America, let us ban together and rid our country of the has’beens that have been needling their way into the lime light. We have collectively perpetuated those without morals and good character to enter onto a stage that has no foundation other than worthless hype.

Thank God! The Morons that made the decision to give her a show should get canned too.

5 Million people actually watched her??? That is exactly why our country is going down the tubes. There are so many stupid people in this country.
