Rosie Praising Palin?

Outspoken liberal Rosie O'Donnell admitted to "Extra" she would like to get a drink with former Republican VP nominee Sarah Palin! During opening night of "Billy Elliot: The Musical," Rosie revealed, "I'd like to have a beer with her. I'd like to meet her kids. She seems like a pretty nice woman. Although I have to say, I am thrilled her party did not win... if McCain won, I would be in the depression unit of the ICU."

O'Donnell also reacted to the passing of Proposition 8 in California. "I was married four years and I was annulled three years ago, so for me this fight is not new. Prop 8 is nothing new for me. This has been a long journey... and eventually the world will catch up." In February 2004, O'Donnell and partner Kelli Carpenter entered into a union in San Francisco just two weeks after the mayor authorized the granting of marriage licenses to same-sex couples. The marriage was later determined to be legal under California law.

Rosie O'Donnell's new project "Rosie Live" premieres this month on NBC.

Rosie is brilliant, and I think it’s great that she can see past Palin’s political stance to see that she is a nice, genuine woman.

to anonymous, there are 7 continents: north america, south america, anartica, austraila, africa, asia and europe. however, rosie is a total disaster. she is loudmouthed and does not have anything significant to say. I refuse to watch any show that she is on.

This woman is a washed up has-been! The only way she can get any attention anymore is to sprout up wherever there is a “gay” issue! Or make her all but nothing opinion known to the world! She’s a loud mouthed worthless piece of crap, just like her friend ‘MO’ she thrives on controversy- that is her only celebrity is CONTROVERSY!

What are you all arguing about. Who cares what Rosie says, thinks, or feels!
She is so not relevant.

I am not knocking her as a woman. Praises to doing the best job she can as a mom but please, Palin can’t even speak a proper paragraph…

“My concern has been the atrocities there in Darfur and the relevance to me with that issue as we spoke about Africa and some of the countries there that were kind of the people succumbing to the dictators and the corruption of some collapsed governments on the continent, the relevance was Alaska’s investment in Darfur with some of our permanent fund dollars.”

And she concluded with…

“never, ever did I talk about, well, gee, is it a country or a continent, I just don’t know about this issue.”

Her words, not mine!

You’ll be begging for the so-called ‘idiocy’ of Palin and McCain, after your little oobama gets thru w/ this country.

Anyone who can say that, John McCain, a man with an anger management problem, bad decision-making skills and who flip-flopped on virtually every issue he believed in just to win the nomination is clueless. It just shows that the people who watch EXTRA have the IQ of lint. As far as Rosie’s opinion of Sarah Palin, WHO CARES. As a matter of fact, as far as Sarah Palin, WHO CARES. Get off your asses and find a real story, EXTRA. The election is over. She lost. The world was saved from idiocy. Now move on.

i can’t believe rosie has another tv show. and regarding her comment about john mccain….on top of personally wanting him to win because he was the better candidate, i wish he would have won so that rosie would have gotten her wish to be “in an institution for depression.” lighten up rosie.
