Palin Talks on 'Today'

"Today Show" host Matt Lauer hopped a flight to the Alaskan tundra to sit down with Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. The morning host grilled the Gov. about McCain, Obama and her alleged overspending.

Palin confessed she was a little perturbed during her interview with Katie Couric, saying, "I'm sure some of my impatience showed through." She told Matt she was a little annoyed by some of Couric's questions, like, "'What do you read up there in Alaska?' To me that was a little bit annoying 'cause, I'm like, what do you mean what do I read in Alaska? I read the same things that you guys read in New York, and there in L.A."

Palin would not divulge her plans for the future. Palin assumed the office Governor in 2006 and has the position for a 4-year term.

JOHN;

Can you tell me what president (except re-elected or a vice-) had experience before they took office as president? Am really curious here…

roland, read up on the ELECTORAL COLLEGE. electors are senators and representatives in the U.S. congress. U.S. citzens vote for electors. Electors then cast their vote for the presidential nominees. the nominees have to get 270 votes from the electors. obama had 365 elector votes while mccain got 173. obama won through the electoral vote.

Some closed minded americans are horrible. It is a shame that you all are doing to Muslims what you did to the Japanese and any other people that opposed this country when this country is made up of all those people…not just WHITES. There is absolutely nothing and I mean nothing wrong with being muslim in the true sense. What you should have a problem with are radical Muslims just like the radical Heaven’s Gate and radical Jim Jones christians!!!

It is so unfortunate that the American people had gone so low as to elect an inexperience person into the White House. We are tired of freedom,so we want to experience the opposite.

If there will be a revolution in this nation, the very first casualty will be the press and the pundits. They are misleading the country. They are all blind people; and one blind man cannot lead another, for if he does they will both fall into a ditch.

At the end of the day, Governor Sarah Palin will go down well into our political history, while all those press, pundits and pyjamas bloggers will never be heard.

There are three types of people in every society: the wounded, the wicked and the worthy. Gov. Sarah Palin is a worthy person, but the wicked in our society are trying to get her wounded so that she will become wicked, thereby loosing her worthiness.

Therefore it is the wicked that are working to wound Sarah Palin. But she is already moving. While Sarah Palin is using her time fulling her life’s purpose, the WICKED are wasting their time talking about her.

So the Country is suppose to blame President elect Obama for his illegal aunt ? The country is suppose to blame President elect Obama because while he was 8 years old some crazy lived in his nieghborhood. The board in which he sat in was with the REPUBLICANS. GET A grip. What about Palin and her anti-american husband ? I would think thats more important. She sleeps with the man, had children with the man who would like Alaska to separate from the UNITED STATES.But as long as her name is Palin it’s OK. right??? Please. The country spoke LOUD AND CLEAR. We don’t want Palin. If your so bent on loving a Liar, adultress, run over whoever she has to to get to the top Palin..MOVE TO ALASKA.

Obama had an answer for everything, and a smooth speach writer to keep covering things up!

C’mon, his illegal alien Aunt in Boston.. ” I knew nothing about that”

IT IS HIS AUNT for crying out loud!!

Funny too, how Obama could “conveniently” dis-associate himself with a Preacher Rev. Wright that preached a message of hatred to whites and America as a whole for 20 years, but only dis-associate when running for President!!

Funny too how you “run into” a well-known terrorist, and claim you were only 8 years old.. yet leave out the part that you actually served on a board of directors with this radical hater of America. “Guilty as sin, and free as a bird, ya gotta love this country” — Bill Ayers…

Funny how media was never allowed to interview Mr. Obama without his pre-approval of the questions that would be asked of him. Can’t catch him off guard on his own in-experience on issues now can we.

Funny how Mr. Obama was spotless to the media as a whole throughout his entire campaign… never any interest in his associations, background, or history!?

For someone whom wants to “spread the wealth” he had no problem with going back on his word with John McCain regarding finances with campaign money! The most liberal Senator in the Senate, AND now having spent the most money of ANY election process in the history of the U.S.!!

Just wait til’ he actually HAS to be “Presidential” and turns to all those around him (including John McCain and Sarah Palin) to ask exactly how it’s done!!

ZERO military experience and he is now “commander in chief”.. how is that even possible?

We won’t even start on his affiliations with ACORN and how that definately played a role in his election not only to the Senate but now the President Elect…

I’m amazed that people still put out President elect Obama full name, like it’s suppose to scare me.
McCain not only was beat in this elections,he was given a smack down he still can’t believe. He lost a lot of voters due to the meanest, trashy, straight out lying campaign he allowed his people to run…People saw thru all that and had 2 years to get to know Obama’s and what he stood for without the gutter talking lies the McCain campaign along with Palin did. Plain herself has got to be the biggest Hypocrite to walk into the politico arena. 150K shopping spree she still can’t explain exactly where everything is.Hmm. And then there’s the cute little club her husband Todd was a part of. trying to seprate Alaska from the United States. hmm that kinda sounds like anti-american to me..don’t you say. amd then there’s troopergate. Her never reveiling her medical records when she got on national tv and said she would. But if that wasn’t enough,Palin gives interviews screws up and then makes it the press’s fault ! We live in the world of internet. Plain’s words in real time. It pi-ss-es me off when Palin is practically saying.”even though you see me stealing money, your not really see’n me it’s your eyes playing tricks. Come on now ! In this day and age you can’t get away with trying to fool the people and that, was the lid of that coffin. too many shady dealings..lies..mean-sprited.Still today she lying her way thru interview after interview like a good republican

I am so sick of Caribou Barbie I could just throw up! GO HOME TO ALASKA! They apparently have pretty low standards for elected officials up there. Just ask “Uncle” Ted Stevens. My 12 year old daughter is better informed on current events and the economy than Half Baked Alaska. And who taught her to talk, Yoda? I defy ANYONE to diagram one of her sentences! She supposedly has a degree in communications. Her parents and brother are teachers. But clearly ONE child was left behind! So do us a favor, EXTRA: write a story about Paris, Britney, Lindsay, The Gossip Girls, High School Musical, ANYTHING but Shrill-a from Wasilla.

To Cassie,Sallyjo and John..you all just wrote what I have been writing for weeks on here. Bad thing is, people then think you are racist. I admit my first choice for president WAS Obama. Then for a lot of reasons, some of what I read in Obama’s books, saw in his body language and read between the lines in his speeches, I went to Hilary.
When she did not win the nomination, which she should have, McCain got my support. So what of his age, so what he finished near the bottom of his class, so what about Sarah Palin..she is a breath of fresh air, no phoney, tells it like it is, etc. I guess making history is more important than the security of our country. Without that, a good economy won’t amount to a hill of beans. People having jobs, homes, etc won’t mean a thing if we cannot be secure in our country. And we do not have a Saks or Neiman Marcus here in the midwest either.

It’s so extremely refreshing to know that I am not the only one whom has seen through all the media non-sense! The bias reporting, and cramming of a celebrity president elect down all our throats! And apparently Barack Huessein Obama had not even ONE flaw?? Is that even possible?

To my fellow Americans,.. so what that Obama hung out at a church for twenty years with his re-knowned friend preaching hatred not only to whites, but to america as a whole? NO BIG DEAL??!

And so what he associated, and even served on a board with, a known terrorist Bill Ayers! “Guilty as sin and free as a bird, what a great country this is”??? Who cares about voter fraud, and names like Mickey Mouse getting a vote? (ACORN)..

NO BIG DEAL, we (the press) aren’t interested in such things as a background checks on the history, and associations of a now president elect! We (the press) were more interested in slamming a 22 year veteran, 26 year Senator about his “age” or how “angry he appeared”?! And his campaign runner Ms. Palin, we were more interested in what was spent on her clothes, than the multi-millions that Obama was taking from Americans in such a “rough economy”??

American people never voted in this man, … American television and hollywood made it possible for most Americans to do absolutely ZERO homework and research on their own, “hey if Madonna, P. Diddy, Matt Damon, and Paris Hilton want this guy, then that’s good enough for me”???

And our young people.. “we want to make history”?

Whatever happened to the good ole’ days when people weren’t swayed by what they saw on tv, and actually chose the best person for the job? What about EXPERIENCE, TIME PUT IN, PATRIOTISM, and truly EARNING the position of the highest office in our home land!!?

Media has realized, they can now control the way people think… and sway almost anyone in the direction that they (the media)believe to be the “right” direction.

Of course Katie and the rest of the media were so condescending…they suffer from the delusion that they are superior to the rest of us mere mortals. Even Matt comes across as a bit smug when he interviews some people, especially the ordinary folks who may not have gone to college like these stuck-up elitist jerks. Oh and for the record I did go to college but I was fortunate enough not to be cursed by a bunch of radical nut-job teachers who used their positions to push their anti-American rhetoric. Over on TMZ they actually had the audacity to bash Alaska because they don’t have a(gasp)Neiman Marcus or a Saks Fifth Ave! The horrors! Well, then, I guess that 33 of the 50 states are uncivilised because none of them has a Neiman Marcus either! (Oh No) Makes one wonder if Paris Hilton hasn’t gone to work for TMZ. lol

It is sad how hateful the press has been toward Governor Palin. They couldn’t wait to trip her up with questions like what’s the capital of Angola(Luanda) then turn around and ask Obama “What’s your favorite baseball team?” Pathetic! And the disgusting blatant Pro-Obama press coverage from everyone from MSNBC to every Entertainment program. It was like one McCain story for every ten stories for Obama. Pathetic! Why even pretend the next time around? Why not all of the Pro-Obama reporters and entertainment reporters just have a huge banner in 2012 saying “WE ARE OBVIOUSLY FOR OBAMA” and you guys can wear T-Shirts showing your all too obvious support for Obama. It was so disgusting that I stopped watching most of the entertainment shows and stopped buying the tabloids. It will be awhile before I and millions of Americans get over our anger at the blatant disrespect shown towards a great war hero and a great woman like Palin who did absolutely nothing to warrant the amount of disrespect and pure hatred she was shown. And continually attacking her family even after your beloved messiah told the media that “family was off limits!” And did most of the media listen? Did most of the general public listen? How about NO!! And the media also hit a new low when they refused to do their JOBS and do a thorough investigation into Obama and his associates. Hey,maybe they wouldn’t have found anything incriminating but we will never know because they FAILED at their jobs! But they were all too eager to go digging into ‘Joe the Plumber?’ SERIOUSLY?!!! Now, THAT is beyond pathetic, not to mention extremely unprofessional and extremely hypocritical!
