Plans for the Obama administration are already underway -- and rumor has it that Barack will ask some Kennedys to join him in the White House!

JFK's daughter Caroline -- who headed Obama's VP Search Committee -- remained mum when NY paparazzi asked her about rumors that she's been selected to serve in Obama's administration, perhaps in the post her grandfather Joseph P. Kennedy once held, Ambassador to Great Britain.

While Caroline's lips were sealed, Will Smith couldn't contain his emotion on Oprah's show. "Oprah, I'm an action hero, I can't be crying on your show," said the "Hancock" star, revealing that Winfrey wasn't the only one feeling teary-eyed on Election night.

Lady O shed some tears with "Extra" correspondent AJ Calloway, telling him that she's kept in contact with Obama via e-mail since she began stumping for his campaign. "I don't speak to him as much as we e-mail," confessed Oprah, laughing. "I'm just hoping the email address does not change -- that's what I'm hoping."

Winfrey won't have an official role in Barack's administration. Obama announced that his pick for Chief of Staff is Rahm Emanuel -- a Congressman and longtime friend of Barack -- whose brother Ari inspired snarky agent Ari Gold on "Entourage"!

P. Diddy celebrated the win on Tuesday night, and his 39th birthday! "That was my birthday present from the world," Diddy reveals. "I made a wish, and the world gave me the first black president. Thank you, world!"

Michael J. Fox also expressed his joy about the new family at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. "It was really cool," said the actor. "I had my 'Barack to the Future' t-shirt on."

NEWS!!!! Increase in taxes…already??

And the Obama mania has begun. NYC Mayor Bloomberg (a lifelong democrat - a recent “republican” convert…just to get elected) has not only vowed to cut the $400 property rebate, increase property taxes by 7% and income taxes by 7-15% (a few hundred dollars for most people) but now he’s also wanting to charge people $.05 for every plastic bag they get at the grocery. In addition, he’s proposing that tolls be added to all 4 bridges that connect the city (and that’s on top of the tolls motorists are already paying). Nice!

BUT DON’T WORRY…THOSE WHO ARE MAKING UNDER 250,000 WON’T GET HIGHER TAXES! BULL…..

To Lucy and any others who may be confused as to how our new president got elected—-
He got MORE votes!! Even if every celebrity voted for him, even the D-list people, we’re only talking about a few thousand votes! Maybe you meant to say that celebrities (who actually are people, too) put him over the top?

(as a sidebar, no ONE group of any people can elect a person)

The AMERICAN PEOPLE—regular people- voted him in. It’s called DEMOCRACY!

Having said all that, I understand that it hurts when your candidate loses (ask any Democrat about 4-8 years ago), but if McCain/Palin had won, all of the Obama/Biden supporters would have had to deal with it just as the McCain/Palin supporters should learn to. WE (meaning ALL Americans) don’t have time for foolishness. There’s work to do people! All of us- Dems, Reps, and Indies need to work together to form a more perfect union. The operative word being “union”.

Obama stated “I have been to all 57 States”.. Wow, have we gained seven somewhere that I was not aware of?

And Obama said something in regards to John McCains ads running heavily “here In Ohio” when he was in FLORIDA?? Duh.

Seems our “President Elect” has some geographic errors to correct himself!

I’m glad you idiots stop watching extra!! I guess you forgot about freedom of speech. Palin should’ve known about basic 5th grade geography especially when you’re running for VP.
