The Material Girl was granted a "quickie divorce" from estranged hubby Guy Ritchie on Friday -- but Madonna isn't crying over the new court papers.

"It's a sad situation, but she's not heartbroken," a Madge source tells People magazine. "She's handling it well...she's got a very busy life."

According to the singer source, Madge is focusing on her brood and her work to take her mind off of the divorce -- and even getting help from ex-husband Sean Penn, who she was spotted having drinks with last week in NYC. "They have a nice rapport," reveals the source.

However, Madonna and Sean won't be revisiting their romantic relationship. "There's nothing romantic there," the source explains. "They're just good friends."
