first I have to say that she’s so cute-i love her accent.
and second-all she said is true. and its best not deprive urself of anything-i went on Atkins for 3 months and lost 10lbs (i was 5”0 and weighed 98lbs and dropped to 88lbs) but then binged on carbs-i didnt gaine the weight back but i was always moodly-she’s smart.
