first I have to say that she’s so cute-i love her accent.
and second-all she said is true. and its best not deprive urself of anything-i went on Atkins for 3 months and lost 10lbs (i was 5”0 and weighed 98lbs and dropped to 88lbs) but then binged on carbs-i didnt gaine the weight back but i was always moodly-she’s smart.

If anyone wants to know how I lost half my weight, without going on a diet, not giving up my chocolate, not going to the gym, not taking pills, I am 52 years old, My highest weight was 285 lbs. I now weigh 125 lbs. I am 5 ft. 1”. U can e-mail me.
