Danny Bonaduce's Divorce Papers

Former child star Danny Bonaduce's 16-year marriage to Gretchen Bonaduce is over!

"Extra" has obtained the court papers filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court -- officially ending their marriage. The settlement lists a division of property and financial assets, child visitation schedules, spousal support (Danny has to pay Gretchen $10K per month), child support (Danny pays Gretchen $3K per kid) and more.

The legal documents state that the former couple shall have joint legal and physical custody of their two children.

It’s sad that they could not fix their marriage problems. I hope the couple can remain civil to each other for the children’s sake.

i loved danny whe i was growning up i hope now he can get his life in order and move on and be happy with out the drugs i have been there and its not fun so good luck danny oh but i am sorry for what he did to his wife what he did was wrong

I LOVE GRETCHEN She is the best. I feel sad for any marriage that ends. However Danny treated this woman so so horribly and all do to drugs, steroids and booze. I hope she finds happiness love and peace in her life. She deserves it.
