The actor's relationship with the "Factory Girl" made headlines when the two were snapped smooching in Italy -- followed by Getty's separation from wife Rosetta.

I know he messed up but I feel more sorry for him, he has lost his wife and children, miller is already partying and on to the next guy, but I still think he was the one to finish the affair, if the photo’s in NYC are anything to go by. from the photo’s on PEREZ HILTON his son obviously misses him.For the children sake I hope getty and his wife can make a go of it.
