Yes, asking for social security is standard procedure when winning a prize. I won one too and got the same form. Usually they have to submit the winner to the IRS for tax purposes since we all still have to pay the taxes on the winnings.

I rec’d an email stating I won this. But it asks for my social sec. #, so I want to make sure the email is legit. Is there a way to do this?

I’ve been out of work since Dec. ‘07, soon after my Hoover stand up vac saw its last days. I currently have my Father’s Rainbow Vac that I’ve been using, but the sloshing water sucks.
An 8 lb Oric sure sounds GREAT!

What a Blessing it would be to have a new vacuum. Times are so rough right now. I take care of my friend who has brain & lung cancer, we don’t get out too much, so I always seem to be cleaning & cooking. My dog Mugsy sheds more than any other dog I ever had and sometimes it fells like a loosing battle. We love him anyway. Thanks for your concideration, God Bless. Gina

I have recently put my vacuum cleaner to rest…it doesn’t work anymore..I guess it’s just as well, as it was way too heavy for me to manuver around..altho I did for quite a while..I’m a Sr. lady surviving breast cancer..can’t really lift any thing heavy - but 8 lbs..would be about right for me..I am a portrait artist..have two cats..a messy parrot..and would love to have your vacuum..thank you, Rosie Mitchell
