Madge 'Sweet' on Palin? Hardly!

1007madonnapalin.jpg

Madonna may soon find herself in a "Sticky" situation with fans of GOP VP hopeful Sarah Palin.

During the U.S. kickoff of her "Sticky and Sweet" tour, the ultra-liberal Material Girl ripped into Palin -- making it clear the candidate wasn't welcome at a concert given by the pop queen! "Sarah Palin can't come to my party," shouted Madonna, as reported by the NY Post. "Sarah Palin can't come to my show. It's nothing personal."

Madge also poked fun at Palin's Alaska roots, telling the crowd, "Here's the sound of Sarah Palin's husband's snowmobile when it won't start" -- then played a loud screeching noise.

Madonna's tour does not stop in Wasilla.

My Opinion - the one thing I appreciate about Mccain’s plan is his desire to offer a break of $5000 to cover the rising costs of health insurance. Honestly, this is a better plan because it rewards people who FILE their taxes. Do you realize the vast number of people who rob this country of money because they refuse to file their taxes? We wouldn’t need to raise taxes if we could get everyone to file!

MyOpinion - I’m not Anonymous or Sue. I have nothing to hide. As for crazy a$$ - nope. I’m just the voice of reason. You can’t claim to be for fewer taxes and still want tones of social programs. It’s basic economics. You can only spend what you have. So where’s he going to get it from?

Sue - Thanks! I will have to look at that. What’s really bothersome right now is that Obama’s camp has their sites set on destroying “Joe the Plumber.” You know what that means…he’ll set his sites on destroying us.

AMY: Thx for your great and informative words! Let’s just hope enough people like you have done their research, and are REALLY LISTENING to what this guy keeps saying. He can’t hold up this pretense much longer; notice how he has increasing slips of the tongue as to his TRUE ideals and intentions. HOW CAN THIS NOT FRIGHTEN THE DAYLIGHTS out of those who want to continue living in a democracy??? You’re so right (unfortunately) about the media, and their warped perceptions and interpretations. Read Michelle Malkin’s article in yesterday’s NY Post. It states the problem perfectly - very sad, and, very scary, that they have this power to pick and choose what and how they report. As for you, C, I hope one of the classes you’re taking in school is English; it’s better to be prepared, at least grammatically, when trying to make a point.

C - lol! And yet you keep coming back for more! It bothers you that I disagree with you and have no fear stating the obvious. Make no mistake about it - Obama is not trustworthy and will not follow through on promises he has made to this country. He spouts off about not raising taxes and being for the middle class but he’ll cost the average man his job and income. If you tax the employer, they get to cut back. If you fine the employer, they cut back. If you tax anyone making over $200,000 you prevent them from succeeding in the development and longevity of their small businesses - the majority of the current workforce. Which means that those of us working for small businesses may be drawing unemployment. And yes…it’s not $250,000 like he’s verbalize in debates - just read his proposal. Um…can we say liar!

Did you hear what he told a plumper two days ago. The guy told Obama that taxing hard working Americans like himself (he’s starting a small business) would keep him from employing other middle class folks and building wealth. Do you know what Obama told him, “Well…we need to spread the wealth around a little bit.” HELLO COMMUNISM!!!! By the way…Castro LOVES Obama too.

Sue - I appreciate your concerns and I’m with you! The problem with our society stems from a lack of truth and a lack of respect for the truth. People get so distracted and don’t seem to care about what is real and what is fiction. The media and “public” education system play a huge role in this problem. They’re goal is to infiltrate society and present people with the idea that TRUTH doesn’t exist - it’s all subjective and relative. That’s crap! This “universalist” perception isn’t new. It isn’t even “post-modern.” The “truth according to me” notion has perpetrated society since the fall of man. “Is that really what God said to you?” LIES, LIES, LIES. And then you have people like “C” who are sitting there reading this thinking that I’m Christian bigot just for bringing this up and claiming to know there is a right and a wrong. To these people - I would say to you that you have lied to and are greatly deceived! Differing opinions is one thing - but believing outright LIES is another.

Amy - Why do you think, w/ ALL the facts about bo’s proven associations w/ all these lowlives, and his feigned ignorance of their arguably criminal activity, some are STILL considering voting for him? Not to mention the lack of experience, refusal of disclosure of records, and blatant disrespect of the simplest shows of patriotism. I can’t believe this stuff is tolerated, ignored, and not even a point of concern in certain peoples’minds. And he doesn’t even publicly condemn this ACORN garbage - who’d want to win that way; it’s like saying he couldn’t win honestly. Are voters so concerned with “making history”, that nothing else matters, even INTEGRITY, and true concern for the welfare of (ALL PEOPLE) in this country? He’s got that clinton mentality of ‘deny, deny, deny’, that is usually well-ingrained from early on. I just don’t get how folks would want someone running the country, who pretends, or, TRULY doesn’t seem to know what evil abounds right in his own social(ism) circle. I want change, but I am leery of what he means by it;I have an idea,(and I don’t like it one bit)tho he doesn’t really get specific about that or much else. This world is crazy right now, and we need leadership that puts our safety first. I’ll be making my historic vote w/ an experienced man/woman team. You know, the candidates who they keep trying to get ‘dirt’ on, like they’re old, or shoot moose! If McC/P’s lives read like bo’s - OMG, forget it!!!

Polls? Let’s examine a little history, shall we? Eight years ago, the polls predicted Gore would win. Four years ago, the polls predicted Kerry would win. Need I say more? Polls mean very little, especially this far out. They are meant to sway public opinion and keep people from coming out to vote - “oh my guy isn’t going to win anyway.” Besides, if polls were correct, why would Obama be working so hard to and putting down $1 million for primetime (which you still didn’t address, by the way)? I mean he is up a significant amount according to the networks, right? Here’s the issue - Obama will probably deal with a little something called the Bradley Effect. If you don’t know what it is - google it. Unfortunately, this is a very real factor for the election. I wish it weren’t so because I would love to see Condy Rice run at some point.
