Hello Doc,
I have been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis and pulmonary fibrosis. The doctor tell me there is nothing he can do except a z pack when horrible flare ups occur.
Is there a daily med or vitamin that could be recommended to enhance quality of life? Certain exercises?
I have been on Spiriva for two years.

I was very interested in your comments on migraines. I have a 42 year old son, that has had 5 strokes in the last 15 years. He has always had the migraines before the strokes occurred. He just had two in the last eight weeks, but did not have the migraines. They have run every test there is and nothing has shone up. They now are going to do some genetic testing. They really have not been able to find the cause. We took him to the Mayo Clinic 15 years ago and now we are at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.

Dr Dorian, my grandson one day could not wake up. Then by night he was awake but unable to speak. Just making sounds. Later went into coma and then came out of it later in the day the following day. He went in and out but would become better in late afternoon to evening. He still could not wake up in mornings. Any ideas? Tests showed no stroke or evidence of brain trauma.

Dr. Dorian, I’ve suffered from severe chronic migraines and neck pain constantly for appx 3yrs. My doctor is administering botox treatment along with other medications. Is there a test/treatment option we are missing?

My daughter who is 22 has had a headache for 20 days now. MRI is negative. Pain medicatioons do not phase. Any suggestions. If we go to the ER they do nothing…and docs are baffled.
