Hasselbeck to Obama: Redo 'The View'!

1028hasselbeck.jpg

"The View" hostess Elisabeth Hasselbeck, who stumped for the GOP ticket at campaign rallies with Gov. Sarah Palin over the weekend, wants Obama back in the talk show's hot seat!

"My main focus now is to hopefully get Senator Obama back on the show," the former "Survivor" tells FOX News anchor Sean Hannity, as reported by OK! magazine. "The focus is more on why hasn't he come back? Is he afraid to face tough questions again? What's there to hide? I say, come back, answer the questions."

The Internet was abuzz yesterday with rumors that if McCain/Palin loses, Palin might team with Hasselbeck for a conservative talker on FOX.

The outspoken conservative also commented on Palin's clothing scandal -- accusing the media of sexism for blasting the Alaska governor for her $150K wardrobe. "I don't think anyone can deny the fact that the media has been incredibly sexist in their attack against her."

Polls show McCain is slipping behind Obama, but Elisabeth hasn't lost hope for the Republican Party. "There has been such enormous support for this team that I have a feeling that it's going to be closer than everybody thinks, I really do." She adds, "I know this is a cause close to my heart. I believe in this team. I believe we need -- we need them right now. We need them to create jobs."

NEXT: 'Dancing's' Hip Hop Hysterics

I personally hope Elisabeth keeps talking. She’s driving people towards Obama. EH introducing SP in Florida - really? Is this really the best the Republicans can do? This woman is as fake as her hair color.

CAPITAL GAINS TAX

MCCAIN
0% on home sales up to $500,000
per home (couples) McCain does not
propose any change in existing
home sales income tax.

OBAMA
28% on profit from ALL home sales.

DIVIDEND TAX

MCCAIN 15% (no change)

OBAMA 39.6%

How will this affect you?
If you have any money invested in stock
market, IRA, mutual funds,
college funds, life insurance, retirement
accounts, or anything that pays
or reinvests dividends, you will now
be paying nearly 40% of the money
earned on taxes if Obama becomes president.
The experts predict that ‘higher
tax rates on dividends and capital gains
would crash the stock market’ yet
do absolutely nothing to cut the deficit.

INCOME TAX

MCCAIN (no changes)

Single making 30K - tax $4,500
Single making 50K - tax $12,500
Single making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 60K- tax $9,000
Married making 75K - tax $18,750
Married making 125K - tax $31,250

OBAMA
(reversion to pre-Bush tax cuts)
Single making 30K - tax $8,400
Single making 50K - tax $14,000
Single making 75K - tax $23,250
Married making 60K - tax $16,800
Married making 75K - tax $21,000
Married making 125K - tax $38,750

INHERITANCE TAX

MCCAIN 0% (No change, Bush repealed this tax)

OBAMA Restore the inheritance tax

How does this affect you? Many families
have lost businesses,
farms and ranches, and homes
that have
been in their families
for generations because they could not
afford the inheritance tax.
Those willing their assets to loved
ones will only lose them to these taxes.

NEW TAXES BEING PROPOSED BY OBAMA

* New government taxes proposed on
homes that are more than
2400 square feet

* New gasoline taxes (as if
gas weren’t high enough already)

* New taxes on natural resources
consumption (heating
gas, water, electricity)

* New taxes on retirement accounts
and last but not least…

* New taxes to pay for socialized medicine
so we can receive the same
level of medical care as other
third-world countries!

Thank You

I will go ahead and PROUDLY vote for John McCain. You speak of John McCain being uneducated, but admit to being ignorant by being swayed by televsion, celebrities, and the “in” crowd. How’s that you say? Because you have bought hook line and sincker that John McCain is “another” George Bush? How can George be two people?? You also blame the Republican party for the economic crisis??

Get educated already.. the Democrats rather control congress.. for the past two years you have seen your fellow democrats at work sucking the middle class dry. That fact along with the fact that it was ignorant people like yourself whom barrowed way more money than you ever intended on paying back?

Judging by your message, you apparently believe a magic wand is gonna float over the white house if Barack Huesein Obama is elected, and the economic mess will be gone?? All things will be peachy when the “messiah” take the oval office? Get real, what you truly do not know can and will hurt you.

YOU BET I’ll vote McCain.. a Proud American Veteran!

He has what matters,.. EXPERIENCE, A MUCH MORE ACCEPTABLE HISTORY, NO TIES TO ANY TERRORIST, NO AFFILIATION WITH A CHURCH THAT NOT ONLY HATES WHITES, BUT ALSO HATES AMERICA!!

You vote for that 3 year senator, with zero experience, no military history, nothing in accomplishments for this country.. and a history of being the biggest spender in washington..

Educate yourself a bit and investigate something called EAR MARKS!!!

Earmarks is taxpayer money.. money set aside for a political figure to spend how they see fit for their own selective causes..

In just THREE YEARS Obama has used earmarks in excess of over 200 million dollars!!

In 26 years a Senator wanna guess how many earmarks John Sidney McCain has used??

ZERO.

signed.. more TRUTH

More truth go ahead a vote for a man who doesn’t have a formal education, has the temperament of a pit bull, is s out of touch the world the he still refers to the Czech-Republic as Czechoslovakia and has not brought forth a constructive plan to get us out of this economical mess we’re in….

Go right a head a vote for McCain and possible sign up for another four years of the same s%$& that has this country in the mess thatv it’s in now…. Go on let your party loyalties send us into Armegedone!!!

Lucy, what did your research tell you about ACORN, Ayers, Khalidi, Auchi, Wright, $832,000, birth certificates, what Obama meant when he told the Iraqi leadership not to request troop withdrawls until he was elected so that he could get the credit, why he didn’t shake the hands of the troops in Afghanistan, why he praised a P.L.O. leaders plight against Israel, why he said we should attack Pakistan, why he said that the U.N. security council should decide what to do with Russia while Russia was part of that U.N. security council, why his tax cutoff window went from $250k to $200k to $150k… and why he was the #2 recipient of funds from Fannie & Freddie after just 3 years in the Senate, why 70% of the 150 million he raised in September came from over seas and why the Democrats all blame the Bush administration for the economic crisis when… Democrats Frank & Dodd were in charge of bank oversight and Bush demanded something be done by the Democratic controlled Senate and House in 2005 and they smiled and said ‘no’ because they knew the ignorant public would blame him for the crash?

The nation is uninformed because the media has an agenda and the voting public doesn’t ask questions… they just turn the dial and wonder when their handout from Obama’s coming.

Elizabeth Hasselbeck lives in a bubble bc she is the most naive person I have ever seen. She needs to do her own research and quit listening to Sean Hannity

We can truly see how Hollywood feels about our troops over in Iraq, and Afghanistan!

All but FORGOTTEN in this campaign as Obama believes that other things are more important.

I’m ashamed of my fellow americans for their tolerance of nonsense spewed toward John McCain. A Veteran, a P.O.W. and military man himself for 22 years… just like his father, and his father before him. An un-deniable love for his country - an twenty six years in the Senate!

Barack Huesein Obamas experience with the military… ZILTCH!

Barack Huesein has done exactly WHAT for his country?

Three years a Senator is “accomplished” enough to be a President?

You’re only as trustworthy as the company you keep… Ayers (known terrorist), Rev. Wright (anti-white, anti-american) just to name a couple.

Won’t find any such ties to Senator McCain. I respect Mr. McCain for all he has done, and all he has been through. He reminds me of all our brothers and sisters over seas keeping our homeland safe. Shame on Americans whom laugh at, tolerate, and side with Obama and hollywood for their continuous disrespect for a true patriot!

Google “Huntley Brown” and on their go to where it says Huntley Brown..why I will not vote for Obama. This is a famous concert pianist who just happens to be black. Read what he says and then those of you who are fans of Mr. Rock Star, Pied Piper, American Idol Obama, think about what this man has said. Then see if you still want to vote for this smooth talker who can talk his way out of a paper bag.

WAY TO GO ELIZABETH!!!! Get in touch with what’s happening in the real world where the rest of us live…

I’m not a “fan” of Elizabeth, but she is definately entitled to her opinion without being judged by her political party!! Besides she appears to be the only opposition on that liberal beurocratic panel of ho-bags!

You people wanting her off the show are seemingly already socialist. One point of view isn’t what this country was founded on.. at least you’ve found your “messiah” in the process.. Barack Huesein Obama!!

How about these for facts…. don’t believe it- these were posted after the debate. Feel free to check the FACTS…..

OBAMA: Said that if families get a $5,000 tax credit for buying health insurance and the insurance then costs $12,000, that’s a loss for them.
THE FACTS: The tax credit offered by McCain is more generous for the vast majority of people than the current tax break, which they would lose, according to the Tax Policy Center. Now, people don’t pay taxes on the health benefits they get from work. Obama’s statement gives the impression that $5,000 is all that workers will be getting to help them pay for a health plan, but that’s just what the federal government will provide. Economists say most employers would still contribute to their workers’ health insurance. The Lewin Group, a health care consulting firm, found that by taxing health benefits but providing a tax credit, the average family would come out $1,411 ahead.
**********
OBAMA: “Every dollar that I’ve proposed, I’ve proposed an additional cut, so that it matches.”
THE FACTS: The bipartisan Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget estimates that his programs would add $281 billion to the deficit at the end of his first term. The analysis includes Obama’s proposals for saving money.
**********
OBAMA: “One hundred percent, John, of your ads — 100 percent of them — have been negative.”
THE FACTS: The statement is true when it comes to McCain’s current commercial spots. But by saying McCain’s ads “have been” 100 percent negative, Obama ventures into misleading territory. McCain is currently running all negative ads, according to a study by the University of Wisconsin-Madison. But he has run a number of positive ads during the campaign.
**********
OBAMA: “I want to provide a tax cut for 95 percent of working Americans, 95 percent.”
THE FACTS: Obama constantly says this. But the independent Tax Policy Center says his plan cuts taxes for 81.3 percent of all households in 2009
**********
OBAMA: Said he would be “completely supportive” of late-term abortion restrictions “as long as there’s an exception for the mother’s health and life.”
THE FACTS: Obama leaves himself a lot of latitude in this answer. A woman’s “health” has been so broadly interpreted that it can include conditions, including psychological conditions, that are difficult to diagnose or prove. Anti-abortion advocates say that makes the ban meaningless, because it leaves too much subjective judgment in the equation
**********
OBAMA: “We can cut the average family’s premium by $2,500 a year.”
THE FACTS: If that sounds like a straight-ahead promise to lower health insurance premiums, it isn’t. Obama hopes that by spending $50 billion over five years on electronic medical records and by improving access to proven disease management programs, among other steps, consumers will end up saving money. He uses an optimistic analysis to suggested cost reductions in national health care spending could amount to the equivalent of $2,500 for a family of four. Many economists are skeptical those savings can be achieved, but even if they are, it’s not a certainty that every dollar would be passed on to consumers in the form of lower premiums.

I just sent an e-mail to a friend of mine which pointed out that the African American has given so much to this country by way of inventions. For example, THE ELECTRIC LIGHT FILAMENT, THE CLOCK, THE FIRST OPEN HEART SURGERY, even the guy that designed the WHITE HOUSE and CAPITAL, but you only read about their “white counterparts”. There are so many more and just those few contributions lets you know that African Americans have contributed more to this country besides “slavery”!

Why can’t, if he’s qualified, we give him the chance that we have given all the other “nuckleheads” that have had the opportunity to lead out great nation. African Americans, are not, and should not be judged just because of their color and are not “second class citizens” as some of the racist and bigots continue to perpetrate.
