Is Elisabeth Hasselbeck leaving "The View" for FOX News Channel?

Probably not. There's no need to fill the seat of the conservative co-host ... yet. Hasselbeck strongly supports the McCain-Palin ticket, but doesn't plan to cover the campaign for FOX.

Hasselbeck's agent released this statement on Thursday: "While Elisabeth has a great relationship with FOX News, there is absolutely no truth to the rumor that she is leaving "The View." Elisabeth is passionate in her beliefs and enjoys being a part of this dynamic group of women and engaging in daily conversations."

Expect more catfights and drama as the election nears.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Elisabeth but I do think it’s got to be rough dealing with the all the democrats on the show. My question is when is Barbara Walters leaving the show? I would much rather see her leave. All her stammering and stuttering drives me nuts! She’s getting too old for TV. Whoopie ends most of her sentences for her!

Elisabeth is the only voice for conservative America on that show…it is supposed to be about “views” and yet she is the only one on the “right” side. She must fight everyday to speak her “view” (and the views of so many others of us)…she is a strong woman…and I will ONLY watch if Elisabeth is on. Why is it that so many “open-minded” liberals cannot respect someone else’s ideas, thoughts?? I keep hearing “open-minded” liberals hating on anyone who disagrees with them…and they’re the “open-minded” ones…Interesting….

Please someone help… get these women out of the view. Which is no place for a cry baby like Elizabeth? Mrs. can’t be wrong and always want everyone to have to agree with her… or else their will be confrontation… it’s a no win situation…. I think she is better off to leave the show. I can’t imagine working everyday and dealing with these 3 “loud” democrats. Barbara Walter should rename this show, “Democrats View”

BUT…they say they love her passion…so that means we need to find another show to watch…I think the show is making this issue a way for their free publicity….That’s why this show will never receive any Emmy Awards…they need to change the panel…someone in it is a jinx…get rid of Hasselback…the next Emmy is yours….
