Watch out H&M, there's a trendy new clothing retailer in town! The U.K.-based Top Shop has been dressing stylish and budget-conscious British birds for years, and in November, after much anticipation, SoHo will be the lucky beneficiary of a 4-story, 40,000-square-foot store. According to W magazine, there will be a DJ booth, VIP suite, personal stylists and a home delivery service for those New Yorkers too lazy to get their booties into the design-laden depot.
