Balfour Refuses Lie Detector Test

William Balfour, the man suspected with killing the mother, brother and nephew of Jennifer Hudson, has refused to take a lie detector test to prove the innocence he claims.

Balfour, estranged husband of the "Dream Girl" star's sister Julia, maintains his innocence in the investigation. Chicago police found a handgun in an alley near the Hudson family's Chicago neighborhood, but it is still unknown if it is the same gun used in the shootings of the three Hudson family victims.

27-year-old William is currently being held on a parole violation.

I was just watching Mario and he was talking to Tina Fay and made a comment and I quote (would you have Palin on your show), I think she deserves to be called Governor Palin just like Mario called Senator Obama by his right title.
