Tinseltown's leading ladies enjoyed a night out at Elle magazine's 15th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute -- and "Extra" was on the red carpet when starlet Anne Hathaway admitted her envy of "SNL" funnywoman Tina Fey!

Hathaway told "Extra" she received "really positive" feedback on her recent "Saturday Night Live" hosting gig -- and loved Fey's impersonation of Sarah Palin. "I was jealous because I wanted to do that," Anne admits, "but you can't -- Tina Fey owns that."

Fellow attendee Halle Berry showed off her post-baby body -- and dished about motherhood with baby Nahla. "It's good... better than I could've imagined," Halle said, adding that she's doing it all by herself. "No, I don't have a nanny... not right now."

Fellow mama Jennifer Lopez left hubby Marc Anthony on baby duty with the twins, Max and Emme. "We carry the ball most of the time," Lopez joked. "Every once in a while it's good to let them feel what that's like."
