Was Locklear's DUI Due to Pills?

"Extra" has obtained the CHP report filed after Heather Locklear was arrested for DUI -- alcohol has been ruled out, but "a controlled substance" was not.

Licensed marriage and family therapist Dr. Shannon Fox from MomLogic.com explained to "Extra" that this DUI arrest is not only hurting Locklear, it is also detrimental to her 10-year-old daughter Ava. "This young girl has seen a lot... She's had to grow up really quickly for a young girl. As a therapist, I would treat the whole family together."

Locklear's ex, Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora, was arrested on a DUI earlier this year, after being pulled over in Laguna Beach, Calif. with his girlfriend and daughter Ava in the car.

Love heather. I was a big Melrose fan. Sorry, to see Heather having problems. I think it all started when her so called girl friend Denise Richards slept with her a$$ hole ex husband. I really hope Heather gets it together for her Daughter`s sake. Pick it up girl and show them all what your really made of….By the way your boyfriend Jack what a cutie!

Why would you feel badly for her, she could have killed someone? Yeah, life can be hard, but driving under the influence is NOT the answer. Sheesh.

people get a life,I look through these pointless but true acts of human beings and people actually are fascinated with this stuff. This exact kind of stuff is happening right infront of your eyes ( how many people have been pulled over for this and they have been charged with a more serious crime, but it’s OK for the celeb’s, because they are the number one brainwashing tool. Believe it or not.

I really feel bad for Heather. I know how hard life can sometimes be. I hope and pray she will get well and find peace in her life.
