It’s interesting to read that someone actually thinks Barbra is mean by saying what she said, when Sarah couldn’t have been more sarcastic and mean with her “pitbull” comments. Also, Terry, if you want to post something about your opinions, try using correct English grammar and spelling, especially when you are calling someone else an idiot. And, by the way, Brooklyn Boy, nice to try to make your point about one woman by calling another the “b-word.” Looks like we know what kind of people are voting for McCain/Palin. And are you the guys who want the Ten Commandments posted in front of the courthouses of the nation? You ought to try following them.

If I need advice on what color of lipstick to wear and what a soccer mom does - I will call Palin. We need a change and I hope this change comes from Oboma - One thing americans need to think about - Mccain is 72 years old, should he die with in a year or 2, do we want Palin running this country? I do not want her to run it - Hillary yes - Palin NO! She needs to stick to giving advice on being a soccer mom with lipstick - she is no pitbull! I am pro-life and I believe in the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. Obama loves himself. Charisma is not enough. I’m NOT looking for charisma, I’m looking for someone with experience and true loyalty to this country, and that is McCain and Palin.

I agree with Barbara, no matter what her past has been. It is a new day with new running mates, and I think Sarah needs to be with her family especially since her daughter will be giving birth sometime after the new year. At 17 a child needs their parent to help them adjust to the responsibilities of being an adult when they are NOT an adult yet. As a parent I would never advocate my 17 year old daughter or son to take on marriage. They will need to rise to the responsibility of being a parent, but I would definitely let them wait out the marriage. What the guy is he going to college??? So I don’t trust Sarah with my life decisions either!

All I can say is Thank Goodness this is a free country still, atleast for the time being! Barbara simply said exactly what alot of us thought! If McCain thinks that Sarah Palin represents “the American woman”, he’s more out of touch with reality than GW. I don’t need to hear any more from Palin than I already have. Sarah Palin is a nightmare! John McCain has moved so far to the right with this choice, he’s practically fallen off the edge! Do they really think that the Republicans are the ones who care about the situation they created or the people who are living a hard life? Not old John with seven homes! Stop and think, people!!!! Don’t jump on that “bridge to nowhere.” And boy, are they all of sudden flip-flopping! If, during the primary campaign, anyone would have complained about sexism in the treatment of Hillary, the Republicans called that “whining.” But just look at Sarah sideways now and suddenly they are all feminists and running to cry “sexist!” I don’t think Joe Biden should be anything but himself in the debates, because no matter what he does, they’ll put their own cute little spin on it and make him look like he’s attacking poor Sarah and every other woman in the country.
