"Extra" has obtained the "tentative statement of decision regarding mother's [Sharon Stone's] motion to modify custody" -- from the court's most recent decision in the ongoing custody battle between Sharon Stone and ex-husband Phil Bronstein regarding their son Roan.

The papers specify that 8-year-old Roan will remain at Bronstein's home as his primary residence. The court docs also state that Stone will have visitation one weekend a month and have Roan on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. In addition, the papers confirm the custody agreements for major holidays, summer breaks, Roan's medical coordinator conditions, and more.
