It's a lovely chair, yes. The vintage silk scarves (Chanel, Yves St. Laurent, Norell) are graphically arresting, and the Lucite legs are a wonderful touch. But at $6,400 it should probably be behind glass in a museum -- or in a room in your house that no one ever enters, not even the housekeeper. Put a velvet rope around it -- and let people stare from the door.
