Talk is cheap, but Oprah certainly isn't! The highest paid TV star is the most generous celeb giver, according to Parade Magazine's 30 most charitable stars list. Winfrey holds the number one spot for the second year in a row -- with a staggering $50.2 mil in donations in 2007 -- to education, health care, and advocacy for women and children, as compiled by The Giving Back Fund, a group seeking to encourage philanthropy.

2nd place: Trumpeter Herb Alpert's $13 mil to UCLA's Herb Alpert School of Music.

3rd place: Barbra Streisand's $11 mil to the environment, women's issues, civil rights and AIDS.

4th place: Paul Newman's $10 mil to Kenyon College, his alma mater.

5th place: Mel Gibson's $9.9 mil to Malibu's Holy Family Church.
