Michelle O. Defends the Palins

0905michelle.jpg

Michelle Obama won't be talking about Britstol Palin's pregnancy -- and says politicians shouldn't either. "This shouldn't be an issue for political discussion," Barack's wife told Ellen DeGeneres during a taping of Ellen's season debut show.

Earlier this week, Senator Obama said that 17-year-old Bristol's pregnancy was "off limits," a remark Ellen called "amazing." Michelle added, "I know that they care about their kids, and we should let them deal with this issue."

GOP VP pick Gov. Sarah Palin announced the baby news on Monday and said it "would make her (Bristol) grow up faster than we had ever planned." Bristol is now engaged to the baby's father, 18-year-old Levi Johnston.

got to laugh this is a big joke Michelle Obama and MR Obama knew about Britstol Palin’s pregnancy way before the Democratic Party unleash on Sarah’s Palins daughter but they did not stop it from their and know people are looking at Obamas as good because they are now saying we won’t be talking about Britstol Palin’s pregnancy — and says politicians shouldn’t either”. Feel if they relly cared from they would even brought this up now they are trying to act like they care and to look good shame on you Democratic’s for electing someone who relly never care about people children and I feel the 17 year is still undear age and should be out of the spot light. This has nothing to do about taking care of the American people and I don”t undearstand why anyone would vote for someone who can”t show pride in his county and does not ware the american flag pin on his shrit and he does not put his hand on his heart when the national anthem is being singing. Wake up america why would we want to hire a presednt like this and this has nothing to do about color or young or old it is being respect to our country and the people in it.

She is running for VICE persident - we should try to worry and concern ourselves a bit more w/ whose running for PRESIDENT. No one seems to be reading up on this guy obama’s past and present associations, beliefs and so-called ‘remedies’. That’s why he doesn’t like too much poking around, and is seemingly resentful of the ‘personality’ profiles and histories of the other presidential hopeful and his running mate. He might be next (that is, when certain people stop walking on eggshells for him - what a joke of double-standard mentality)

I am concerned as an American that Mrs. Palin does not believe in Global Warming. This is a huge concern that the media has failed to mention.

- Something to consider.

Americans we are losing the very thread that binds this country, the moral thread of our forefathers. This is why we look at the leaders of our country so closly. They are held to a higher standard, as they should be, they are not typical Americans, they are our leaders.

We as Americans are being desensitized.

Michelle Obama, our first lady, sounds great to me! GO OBAMA!!! GO OBAMA!!! GO OBAMA!!!

You Mr. Obama are the change we need.

As a women I want to keep my rights.
McCain/Palin they are against row vs wade. They want it to be reversed, scary, what about women who have been raped, or incest? Women’s rights are at risk should McCain/Palin take office.

Michelle is not the VP,she is maximizing exposure to what she stands for, and what her husband stands for, where ever the opportunity. I am glad to have the chance get to know her better, she is amazing! Wonderfully inspiring.

I don’t think the first ladies need to keep going on all the variety shows..most of them take away from their class.

Sarah would do very well on them but really think she has more important things on her mind. She is more concerned about helping others than making herself loved by Oprah fans

What a wonderful first lady she will make. Complete class. Can’t wait to see her doing great things in the White House, she is truly inspiring. Thank you Michelle for being the role model that you are!

Yes, because she knows her husband was born in a similar manner. And also, obama has stated prior to this (regarding his own family), that family is ‘off limits’. It does behoove her, then, to be gracious about this - it goes both ways.

It’s at least comforting to know if the Dems win; at least, there will be a classy lady at the white house.
