I am 60 years old. Have smoked for 40 of them. Have deep wrinkles on upper lip and sides of my mouth. Have $3,000.00, would wrinkle filler be the best bang for my buck? Thanks

Dr. Brenner,

Firstly thank you for taking questions to help others. My questjon is: I started getting sun spots on my thighs front and back and developed a habit of scatching them to get them off. While doing this soars appeared and then scars. Also dark areas are on thighs too that look scaly. So legs look worse than ever, cannot wear shorts or a bathing suit. I don’t want to live like this the rest of my life. I went to my Dr. and he said none looked cancerous. Also spots are developing on the rest of my body. I’m not scratching these. But would not like to have them either. How can I fix my ugly legs, how can I get rid of the them and prevent them? Please help me. Desperate Cheri
