Fey Spoofs Palin again on 'SNL'

When Tina Fey returned to her roots at "SNL" to portray GOP vice-presidential hopeful Sarah Palin, the actress won praise for her spot-on impersonation -- with the Alaska governor herself calling the spoof "hilarious."


This past weekend, Fey returned to NBC's "Saturday Night Live" to portray Sarah Palin opposite Amy Poehler's Katie Couric in a skit lampooning the CBS anchor's recent sit-down with the VP candidate, again drawing high ratings and big net replay for the sketch.

Fey, whose producing, acting and writing skills are seen in the Emmy-winning comedy series "30 Rock," is no longer a full-time cast member of the sketch comedy show. Her recent portrayals of Palin have been a treat for fans of "SNL." Poehler has announced that this will be her last season on "SNL."

Well, SNL is nothing if not consistent with running one-note gags into the ground. Let’s see how long they milk this one. I’ll bet the real reason fey likes to do this, is to pretend she can ever be anything like Palin. As for looks, on her BEST day, fey doesn’t even come close to Palin on her WORST day!

It’s really too bad that people can’t get past her looks and accent to see substance. She’s a regular person looking out for regular people…how refreshing!

It really IS serious. This complete nationally and internationally uneducated idiot really IS only a vote and a heart-attack away from being the president. That’s unbelievably scary. She is seriously NOT prepared for being VEEP and certainly not the President.

I’m SO tired of her idiotic, canned speeches. And she’d better be doing her homework this week - she’s facing Biden on Thursday - someone who knows international politics better than anyone else on either ticket.

Personally, I hope to see her fall on her face and sincerely hope she loses the election for McCain. His projected policies will do absolutely NOTHING for me or my family.

Go ahead… make fun of the idiot that Sarah Palin is.

This isn’t bashing it’s almost word for word in alot of instances. If you find this parody offensive than the real thing must drive you insane. Palin is clueless.This isn’t a race for a high school class president where the cheerleader bimbo gets it. This is your future
