I am a 19 year old female an 3 days before my period i get stomach cramps when it starts i have sever pain in my stomach an all the way down my legs. The pain is so bad i am not able to walk the first day. I have tried to take tylenol, advil, aleve, an midol for the pain but it dont work. What can i take for the pain an is this a serious problem?

Dr. Dorian, there have been white spots appearing on my body. I have tanned in the past & didn’t use sunscreen. I also experienced wind burn one day for several hours, but my skin was not damaged like this before. My skin is mostly tan in the summer & fair in the winter. I have spots on my fingers, knees, under my arms where I shave, my face is blotchy white & tan in some spots. What is this & what can I do to fix it? Are there any treatments available over the counter or should I see a dermatologist?

DR.Dorian,Ive been having migrane headaches since I was ten ive been taking imitrex, it helps the migrane but i cant sleep on the left side of my head because it is sensitive ive had that for about eight years now the doctors dont know wats wrong can you help me?

I am a 43 year old women and I have been trying to lose weight, but I have noticed that I am losing weight but my stomach is starting to look bloated and swollen and comes to a peak sort of like an egg, do you have any idea why this is happening?

My 12 year old son has been complaining of his vision bluring at times for a few seconds and now he says when he turns his head quickly he feels light headed and his vision blurs. Should I be worried?

I had a brain tumor in 1996. Meningioma. Most of it was removed,just a small part remained and the sack. I had some vertigo with it before and after. Since then I was exposed to toxic mold and now I am Igg defficent. Actually my Igg is gone. Could This cause severe vertigo to return? It just started back Aug.4th 2008. Dr. Dorian, I keep getting a hardness in my left calf. At times, it is so hard to walk.Is this a possible sign of blood clots? Since I have no health insurance, is there anything I can take to help get rid of this?
