I have a question about my skin. I had waxing done on my mustache and my skin is really sensitive. Now i got my skin dark on the mustache area. what do you recommend to use for this problem? thank you.

i have a question about my skin tone.My underarm pit and my neck are really dark compared to my face. What do you suppose causes my skin discoloration and what can I buy to even the tone color.
